১২০। অর্থদন্ড প্রদেয় করের অতিরিক্ত।- জুডিসিয়াল ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট বা মেট্রোপলিটন ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট কর্তৃক আরোপিত অর্থদন্ড প্রদেয় মূসক, সম্পূরক শুল্ক, টার্নওভার কর বা জরিমানার অতিরিক্ত হিসাবে গণ্য হইবে।
