¹[184F. Ordinance to override other laws.- 

Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, the provisions of this Ordinance or any proceedings thereunder shall prevail over any other law in respect of ²[the imposition and the collection of tax, the exemption of any income from tax, the reduction of the rate of tax, the calling for any information for the purpose of taxation, and the protection of information under this Ordinance]
