২৯। পণ্য বিক্রয় ও বিক্রয়লব্ধ অর্থের বিলিবন্দেজ

এই আইনের অধীন কোন পণ্য, বাজেয়াপ্তকৃত পণ্য ব্যতীত, বিক্রয় এবং উহার বিক্রয়লব্ধ অর্থের বিলিবন্দেজ ও ব্যবস্থাপনার ক্ষেত্রে Customs Act, এর Section 201 এর বিধান, প্রয়োজনীয় পরিবর্তন সাপেক্ষে, প্রযোজ্য হইবে।
