৩৫। দাখিলপত্র পেশকরণ

প্রত্যেক করযোগ্য পণ্য ^১[প্রস্তুতকারক বা উৎপাদক বা ব্যবসায়ী] বা করযোগ্য সেবা প্রদানকারী বিধি দ্বারা নির্ধারিত ফরম ও পদ্ধতিতে সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্মকর্তার নিকট নির্ধারিত তারিখের মধ্যে প্রতিটি করমেয়াদের জন্য এই আইনের অধীনে তাহার সকল করদায়িতার বিবরণ সম্বলিত দাখিলপত্র পেশ করিবেন।
