১৩৯। এই আইন প্রবর্তনের পর আবদ্ধ চুক্তি।-

৩.১ প্রথম তফসিল অনুসারে পণ্য এবং সেবার ভ্যাট অব্যাহতিঃ
১। মাদক দ্রব্য নিয়ন্ত্রণ আইন, ২০১৮ (২০১৮ সনের ৬৩ নং আইন) এর দ্বিতীয় তফসিলে উল্লিখিত সকল পণ্য, বাংলাদেশে প্রস্তুতকরণ বা উৎপাদনের ক্ষেত্রে।

২। Customs Act, 1969  এর First Schedule এর নিম্নেবর্ণিত Heading No.  সমূহের বিপরীতে উল্লিখিত Harmonized Commodity Descrip tion and Coding System (H.S. Code) এর আওতাধীন পণ্যসমূহঃ
