Mr.Mahbubur Rahman is an emblem of a successful businessman-entrepreneur and Chamber leader. This top business personality is now performing as the President of International Chamber of Commerce of Bangladesh. He is the CEO and Chairman of ETBL Holdings Limited. This company is involved with Banks, Insurance, Housing, Financial Institutions, Newspapers, International Trade, Stock and Securities Investment, Warehouse, Cold Storage, Marine Construction and Infrastructure Development. By taking up the responsibilities of ICC Bangladesh Limited Mr.Mahbubur Rahman transformed it into a dynamic institution in Bangladesh. He played ground-breaking roles to form Bangladesh Better Business Forum BBBF with the leadership of ICC Bangladesh. In a meeting with International Finance Corporation IFC he raised the need of forming BBBF in Bangladesh. In 2007 during his tenure ICCB took many steps for business development. Some of his successful activities are Meeting with EU counseling team and steps for development taken in co-operation with GTZ German Technical Co-operation. He took up programmes for business dialogues and training seminar on different subjects under the sponsorship of ICC in the year 2008. Under his leadership ICC Bangladesh published Business Directory for the first time which was distributed amongst important institutions of 130 countries.  

Mr.Mahbubur Rahman is the Chairman of Bangladesh Arbitration Center. Apart from that he is the member of the Business Advisory Council. This prime entrepreneur personality in his long business career performed responsibilities as   Presidents of FBCCI, DCCI, and Vice President of SAARC Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
